[SynchroBlog] September 17th Synchroblog

As I've mentioned, I look forward to participating in an interfaith
synchroblog.  I'd like to point out that this won't necessarily be like a
discussion list, assuming it is anything like the synchroblog we have now.
For instance, the topic could be something like "war" or "HIV/AIDS" and each
blogger would post from his or her own religious perspective.  It's possible
that someone might take that as an opportunity to lambast another faith, but
that isn't a foregone conclusion.  Then again, if the topic is "Peace in the
Middle East" or "Christians and other faiths" we will definitely see some
sparks fly.  One way or the other, it won't be exactly like a discussion
list or forum.  People can read and comment (or not) on any posts they like.

Just my two cents.
