And, just as an afterthought, I'm adding a final final list -- with links to 
the final posts. The reason for that is that when people give links in 
advance, the links are to their blogs, and after a couple of days they may 
have posted something else, so the link will no longer point to the 
synchroblog post. So I hope this helps
