The possibility of a syncroblog homepage sounds good - Like David- and Mike
I would suggest an about us page- links to the current syncro team and bios
for those who are happy to have them posted.

Well done Mike- great idea.

Before I make an edit, people might like to see the entry here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blog_Carnival

The paragraph talks about a new variant of carnival blogging. I'd like
to suggest that we try to use the word "Synchroblog" to refer to us,
rather than a variant. This makes it more likely that we can maintain
"searchability" and get more people to join us. I don't mind it being
lower-cased if other people take up the torch, but why not make hay
while the sun (Son) shines?

So, I decided that we needed a home, so I've registered the domain
"synchroblog.org". It doesn't point anywhere yet, so don't try reaching
it.

The next question is, what do we do with it? It can point to a new
page, or I have space elsewhere, and can run s/w if required.

Thoughts welcome.

I'd like to see this community open up and grow, so let's decide what
happens next.

hmmmm

A "What are we" home page?

Maybe a list/links of those who are already involved. Bios?
Is it possible then to do some sort of, "I'm interested, how do I join?"
kind of thing?

My wife is the blog queen/designer queen so I don't know much about this. I
just shoot my mouth off online! :-)

Mike,

Don't worry about it. If I come up with something by Friday I'll let Phil
know I'm in.

Sorry - didn't mean to push anyone out. Just thought that as we'd
already discussed the topic, we probably ought to stick with it.
